The Plasma Bio-Filler Facelift is a remarkable and innovative aesthetic treatment that instantly rejuvenates the face, adds significant volume and contours, and smooths out fine lines.
You will see significant results as soon as the treatment is finished. The effects will become more pronounced over the next few months owing to the action of the growth factors in the bio-filler.
The treatment process step-by-step
Step 1
The treatment takes about one hour, which includes a detailed consultation with your doctor.
Step 2
First, numbing cream is applied to your cheek and jawline area.
Step 3
We then administer a local anaesthetic to the treatment areas.
Step 4
We take a blood sample from your arm and extract the PRP. This is placed in a dry incubator to obtain the Plasma Bio-Filler.
Step 5
We use a cannula to administer the Plasma Bio-Filler.
Step 6
Post-treatment instructions
- You may experience a small amount of bruising and/or swelling. This should go away in a day or two.
- It is advisable not to apply makeup to the treated area for 24 hours or so.
- Over the next four weeks, try not to apply strong pressure to the facial area.
- Drink 1-2 litres of water a day for optimum results.
- For ongoing maintenance, we recommend a repeat session as needed (approximately every 3-6 months).

Frequently asked questions
Patients should not be treated with PRP/Plasma Bio-Filler if they have abnormal platelet function, chronic liver disease, or clotting disorders.
As with all injection procedures, risks include bleeding, infection and nerve damage.
The bio-filler gel is derived from the patient’s own blood, therefore there is no risk of immunogenic reaction or disease transmission.
Results last approximately 3–6 months. A booster session is recommended as needed.
We perform this procedure under topical and local anaesthetic to minimise any discomfort.
