The treatment process step-by-step
Step 1
When you come into clinic for your treatment, your practitioner will discuss your individual skin needs.

If you decide to proceed some topical numbing cream will be applied to your skin.
Step 3
Some exosomes will be spread on your skin and then a microneedle device will be used to create microscopic channels in the dermis of your skin, causing the exosomes to seep into the deeper layers. More exosomes will be applied topically when these channels are open to maximize collagen and elastin production by your dermal fibroblast cells.

Post-treatment instructions
- Following the procedure your skin may be slightly red and tender but this should settle within 24 to 48 hours.
- For ongoing maintenance (after the initial three sessions), we recommend a repeat session as needed (approximately 6–9 months).

The results will normally last 6–9 months followed by a top up treatment.
The full results will develop over several months but you will begin to see results after about 2 days.
We will usually ask you to a review appointment 14–21 days after the initial treatment. At this stage, a further treatment is given. In total, three sessions are required.
